Can I Refuse to Accept the Product?

We always encourage you to inspect the product upon delivery and refuse to accept it if there is any visible damage, discrepancy, or missing items. Reasons for refusal include:

How Can I Return the Product?

  1. In Case of Shipping Damage:

    • Contact us via our social media platform or email within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue. Provide at least 3 photos or one video clearly showing the damage to initiate a return request. (Terms and conditions apply.)
  2. For Missing Parts or Visible Defects:

    • Report within 48 hours of delivery detailing the issue (damage/error/shortage) with 3 photos or one video via social media or email. (Terms and conditions apply.)
  3. Manufacturing Defects:

    • Products with manufacturing defects are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us via social media or email with at least 3 photos or one video highlighting the defect to process your return request. (Terms and conditions apply.)
  4. Change of Mind:

    • Made-to-order products are not eligible for return.
    • Ready-made products can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided:
      • All product accessories are intact.
      • The product is in its original packaging and condition.

Non-Returnable Products

All return requests are validated by our team to confirm eligibility. Below are examples of non-returnable products:

  • Made-to-order products (if returned due to change of mind).
  • Ready-made products without original packaging or not in their original condition.
  • Products exceeding 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Personal-use products like mattresses, pillows, etc.
  • Products with defects caused by misuse.
  • Products not assembled by Comfy and Cozy's team.

Assembly and Installation Services

Comfy and Cozy offers assembly and installation services for all products except for the following self-assembly items:

  • TV unit shelves
  • Bathroom storage
  • Wall art
  • Wall clocks
  • Shelves

When Will I Receive My Refund?

The refund process begins once the product is returned to Comfy and Cozy. Refunds take 5 to 14 business days to process (subject to the policy of the card issuer).
